The addition of Cxloe on vocals is a fantastic choice, her voice suits this type of song perfectly, and combines so well with Ryan's. They both sound amazing and complement each other so well, especially for the breathtaking finish. The emotion of longing is on full display here and it's difficult not to be hit hard by it, as both vocalists convey the feeling incredibly. Using just the guitar to accompany the vocals throughout the verses is an excellent choice, as it sets the mood of the song so well, and the melody is lovely. The song builds so well to a huge finish which is quite draining emotionally, but it's so worth it. |
