Last edited: 18.02.2011 19:56 |
| ***** Schon die Vorgänger-Single gefiel mir recht gut. Auch das ist gut. Last edited: 20.02.2011 15:48 |
| **** Interessanter Song, gut arrangiert u. eingesungen.

|
| ** Attention music, I should not be able to correctly predict minor details about the production on a song that I've never heard. Soft spoken version of the chorus as an intro? Check. Slightly odd beat that you eventually get used to? Check. The drums drop out for the last couple seconds of the verse, only to come back a couple words into the chorus? Check. I seriously can't be the only person who finds this incredibly irrating, right? Sigh. |
| ***** Lupe Fiasco is amazing in this song.

He sends a controversial message which makes the song even better because of the truth and irony behind his messages.

The beat is fairly good as well.

Not a fan of Skylar Grey's chorus though.
|
| ** Getting a bit tired of Lupe of late, and getting sick of Skylar's same old choruses. Pretty boring all up! |
| ***** Lyrics top, so wie auch alles drumherum - 5* |
| ***** J'adore la partie de Skylar Grey ! |
| **** Gut |
| ****** super track! |
| ** Pretty boring indeed. |
| * Seriously i'm over this type of rap and production! |
| * Lupe, if you want to shock people with shit like this, well you've shocked me into thinking you can follow up good singles. |
| * Ist das wirklich Musik? |
| ** wirklich ein Fiasco... |
| ****** I'm honestly gob-smacked at the above reviews. This song is utterly brilliant, one of the best rap songs I have heard in years. Skylar does a great job on the chorus, but the real clincher is Lupe on those verses, the second verse is particular is incredibly well-woven. Controversial, in-your-face and honest, this was one of the best in 2011.

My #7 song of 2011. |
| ** Well he doesn't hide his feelings, right? It just sounds like I Need A Doctor (a slightly inferior version). |
