A capitalisation on the awesome-against-the-odds live performance at the Grammy awards that doesn't quite translate as well as an expanded studio recording, Kendrick is in very good form and the outro guitar solo is a little cheesy but nevertheless an improvement on the original, ultimately an average song is an average song even in the best performances. Dissappointing then, which is a shame since I would love to find more to like about them, but it's just not there yet.<br><br>Still, it fixes the main flaw of the original song by continuing to gain momentum after the second chorus instead of the former's half-assed bridge, so I'll up it to a 4.

I like what they did here, and I'll take anything that extends the original :P The transition from end of Kendrick back to the chorus is quite sloppy though.
